It is a court managed by picklers so the details are immaculate. Good communication from responsible management. Very conveniently located and because it is at the hotel premise, players can chill at the bar before and after the game. Drinks and quick bites are also within reach from the friendly mama shop auntie.

Can use the hotel shower facilities when you spend a certain amount. Happy hour followed by pickleball and then another session at the bar. Life doesn't get any better 😊

What if it rains?
Rain Cancellation Policy If rain disrupts your session at Kings Pickleball Arena, you may request a reschedule or partial refund according to the portion of time played: • If less than 25% of your booking time has passed, you are eligible for a 50% refund or full reschedule credit. • If more than 25% of your booking time has passed, no refunds will be issued, but you may receive a reschedule credit (subject to management approval and slot availability). • If over 50% of your session has been completed, the session will be considered fulfilled and no refund or reschedule will apply. All requests must be made within 48 hours by emailing refund.kingspickleball@gmail.com with your booking confirmation and preferred option. Kings Pickleball Arena reserves the right to make the final decision on all weather-related requests.
How Refunds Are Issued?
All refunds are processed in the form of credits to your Rezerv account, which can be used for future bookings within 30 days.
Management-Initiated Cancellations
In the rare event that Kings Pickleball Arena must cancel your booking (for example, due to rain or operational reasons), we will: Refund the credits back to your account within 48 hours, or offer a reschedule option at no additional cost.
Am I able to cancel my booking?
We manage end-to-end influencer partnerships, from identification to negotiation and execution.
No-Shows
Players who fail to show up for their booking without prior notice will forfeit the full payment.
What Amenities we have?
Complimentary Shower Access Guests who spend a minimum of SGD $20 nett at any of the hotel’s dining outlets, either before or after their game, are welcome to use the shower facilities located on Level 6. Please present your same-day F&B receipt at the Front Desk to collect an access key. Guest details will be recorded upon issuance, and the key must be returned after use to avoid penalty charges. Toilets are located inside Holiday Inn

Yes, pickleball paddles are available for rent in Singapore at Kings Pickleball Arena. You can find them in the black box located at Court 4, with rental priced at $5 per paddle.
